Perinatal Support Groups Facilitator Training Manual (1992)
Deborah Lee $15.95

This 100 page reference manual provides a step-by-step approach to creating support groupsfor women and new parents. It describes a well-tested model which is highly effective with low-income pregnant women and new mothers, teen parents, pregnant women in recovery,

The manual includes the training curricula from a four year project which trained 400 providers from perinatal health settings throughout California and Oregon to organize and facilitate support groups for over 4000 low-income women.
